FLATWOODS, Ky. — Rodonna J. Keeton Arthur, 62, of Flatwoods, died Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2011, at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods with Pastor Lloyd L. Bailey and the Rev. Jeff Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Dixon Cemetery in Ashland, Ky.
