RACELAND, Ky. — Charles “Hopp” Brown, 94, of Raceland, died Saturday, Aug. 27, 2011, at Community Hospice Care Center. He was the husband of Juanita Brown, who survives. Memorial service will be 7 p.m. today at Carman Funeral Home in Russell with Pastor Philip Nunley officiating. Visitation will be 5:30 p.m. until time of service today at the funeral home.
