CHESAPEAKE — Billie E. Smith, 87, of Chesapeake, died Monday, Aug. 29, 2011, at her residence. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at Fifth Avenue Baptist Church with Dr. Allen Reasons officiating. A private burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are under the direction of Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home.
