Eula Faye (Addis) Click, 76, of Ironton, passed away Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011 at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital, Russell, Ky. She was born on Nov. 4, 1937, in Sophie, Ky.; she was the daughter of the late Virgil and Effie (Carroll) Cox.

She was a graduate of Shawnee State University receiving her degree in nursing and she worked many years as a registered nurse at Lawrence County General Hospital. She was a member of Sugar Creek Missionary Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, Ken Addis and Lonnie Click; one daughter, Debra Addis Bloomfield; two sisters, Dovie Roth and Gladys Binion; and one brother, Wendell Cox.

She is survived by one son, Randy (Sue) Addis of Pedro; one son-in-law, Jim Bloomfield of Ironton; three grandchildren, Ann, Amy and Julie; and six great-grandchildren: Blake, Brett, Savana, Alex, Carli and Alexis.

Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Thursday at the Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home with Pastor Dale Knipp officiating. Internment will follow in Woodland Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Thursday.
