PINE GROVE — The Ladies Nine Hole Golf Association of the Ironton Country Club met last Tuesday morning for their weekly session.

Pat Lambert conducted the business meeting. The annual guest day was announced as Oct. 11 at the club for lady members and their guests along with former members. Those interested should call Lambert for detrails.

The clubhouse restaurant will remain closed for the fall and winter seasons.

Nancy Livingston served as hostess providing refreshments and arranging two-person scramble for the day.

The competition for the day was won by Wanda Spears, Rose Auble, Betty Fraley and Lambert. Placing second were Johnna Jones and Joyce Lewis. Another event was won by Spears and Lambert.

Lewis will serve as next week’s hostess.
