PEDRO — The Chesapeake Lady Panthers might not want the season to end.

Winning their fourth straight, the Lady Panthers downed the Rock Hill Redwomen in four sets on Thursday in an Ohio Valley Conference volleyball game.

Chesapeake beat the Redwomen 26-24, 19-25, 25-20 and 25-14.

Amanda Ruffner led the Lady Panthers with 11 kills, five blocks and five points.

Caitlin Heffner scored 18 points and Sarah Rice had 15 setting assists in the winning effort.

In the reserve match, Chesapeake won 25-18 and 25-8.

The Lady Panthers’ senior night will be Monday as they host Symmes Valley in a 5:30 p.m. game.
