Ironton police

Fight — 2200 block North Fourth Street, 12:30 a.m. Tuesday man and woman arguing, separated for night.

Unruly guest — 2500 block South Fourth Street, 12:50 a.m. Tuesday, left prior to officer’s arrival.

Fight — 2200 block North Fourth Street, 12:55 a.m. Tuesday, woman had returned, couple started fighting again, woman taken home.

Fight — 300 block Kemp Street, 2:27 a.m. Tuesday, two men reportedly fighting, one with knife, advised.

Door to door — South end of town, 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, woman reportedly bumming money from house to house, not located.

Theft— 500 block North Fifth Street, 4:53 p.m. Tuesday, tools taken from garage, victim called Wednesday and had located suspect, one woman cited to court.

Panhandling — Vicinity of Liberty Avenue and State Route 141, 5:59 p.m. Tuesday, subject advised and moved on.

Attempted breaking and entering — 1300 block South First Street, 8:20 p.m. Tuesday, victim requested extra patrols.

Unruly child — Fourth and Jones streets, 8:01 a.m. Wednesday, girl given ride to school in cruiser.

Theft—Attempted breaking and entering — 2100 block South 12th Street, 1:28 p.m. Wednesday, man reportedly trying to get in back door, fled when seen, located, claimed he was being chased by people.

Domestic — South Seventh Street, 9:23 p.m. Wednesday, advised.

Loud music — Boomers, South Third Street, 10:43 p.m. Wednesday, advised.

Theft — 100 block Township Road 104, Proctorville, 1:46 a.m. Sunday, cell phone taken, suspect named.

Aggravated burglary — 100 block Township Road 1454, Chesapeake, 12:50 p.m. Monday, television taken from residence.

Vandalism — County Road 9, Crown City, 4:58 p.m. Monday, Armstrong fiber optic cable cut.
