FLATWOODS, Ky. — Hazel Evans Carr, 86, of Flatwoods, died Sunday, Nov. 13, 2011, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky. Funeral will be at noon Wednesday at the Evans Funeral Home, Raceland, Ky., with the Rev. Charles W. Blevins. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 11 a.m. to noon Wednesday at the funeral home.

CHESAPEAKE — Judith Ann Thornton, 62, of Chesapeake, died Monday, Nov. 14, 2011, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was the wife of Douglas Thornton, who survives. Arrangements are pending at Hall Funeral Home.
