Sheriff’s office

Felonious assault, domestic violence, endangering children — Fayette Township, 10:52 p.m. Saturday, man allegedly threatening two women and small child with gun, man located, .380 semiautomatic pistol, bag of white rocks, rolling papers, partially consumed handrolled cigarettes, bag of marijuana confiscated, Robert J. Wiley, 21, 8130 County Road 1, South Point, arrested and taken to jail.

Assault — Country Hearth Inn, South Point, 9:44 p.m. Sunday, woman allegedly assaulted, Amy Blankenship, 25, 223 Township Road 1186, cited to court, Children’s Services contacted about six children determined to be in motel room at time of incident.

Theft — Township Road 276N, South Point, 7:53 p.m. Thursday, mitre saw, tool set, nail gun and jack taken from truck.

 

Ironton police

Fight — JAB lounge, South Third Street, 12:21 a.m. Sunday, 4-5 guys involved, all advised and moved on.

Breaking and entering — 2200 block North Sixth Street, 12:27 a.m. Sunday, officers determined there was no break-in, only verbal disagreement, one taken to hospital and one taken to police station.

Theft — 1600 block Thomas Street, 10:45 a.m. Sunday, items taken from vehicle.

Trouble — 900 block South Fifth Street, 11 a.m. Sunday, people downstairs screaming at each other, advised.

Domestic — 800 block South Seventh Street, 12:49 p.m. Sunday, victim declined to file charges.

Domestic — 3600 block South Third Street Sunday, man left prior to officer’s arrival, woman refused to file charges.

Shots fired — Vicinity of Fifth and Mulberry streets, 12:09 a.m. Monday, negative contact.

Theft — Center Street landing, 10:53 a.m. Monday, battery taken from back hoe.

Man with gun — 800 block South 10th Street 3:01 p.m. Monday, man allegedly waving gun at people, negative contact.

Domestic — 1700 block Kevin Street, 3:07 p.m. Monday, one male attacked by another, witnesses unable to pull alleged assailant off victim, one male juvenile taken to group home.

Domestic — 800 block Walnut Street, 6:48 p.m. Monday, verbal, all advised.

Theft — 2000 block North Third Street, 10:31 p.m. Monday, generator taken.
