Neighbors Helping Neighbors and Huddleston Bolen to host marketing seminar for non profits

ASHLAND, Ky. — Neighbors Helping Neighbors, an Ashland, KY – based collaboration of community non-profit organizations and Huddleston Bolen LLP will host a workshop on Wednesday, Jan. 11 to help non-profits address some of the biggest marketing issues they face.

Led by Thomas McChesney, marketing director at Huddleston Bolen, the seminar will provide information on topics, such as:

• Designing effective publications that appeal to donors

Email newsletter signup

• Sales and marketing checklist for the New Year

• Guerilla marketing: getting something for (almost) nothing

• Creating events that get your message across and raise funds

McChesney will also offer “thoughts from the other side,” providing the perspective of an individual who is often solicited by non profits for large and small donations.
