Ironton police

Harrassment — 400 block Mill Street, 10:10 a.m. Friday, man at residence reportedly asking to buy pills, caller does not want man at his residence.

Shoplifter — Dollar General Store, South Third Street, 11:55 a.m. Friday.

Domestic — 2100 block South Fifth Street, 3:29 p.m., person causing trouble left prior to officer’s arrival.

Trouble — Ninth and Pine streets, 3:36 p.m. Friday, man and woman screaming and yelling, negative contact.

Theft — 600 block Buckhorn Street, 3:44 p.m. Friday, CDs taken, suspect named.

Vandalism — 200 block North Third Street, 8:55 p.m. Friday, vehicle damaged.

Shoplifting — Speedway, Park Avenue and Eighth Street Friday, cigarettes and magazine taken, female suspect located, items paid for.

Assault — South Third and McGovney streets, 1:56 a.m. Saturday, man allegedly beat up woman and then went into bar.

Need officer— Fuzzy Duck, Center Street Boat Landing, 2:16 a.m. Saturday, people causing trouble left prior to officer’s arrival.

Fight — 800 block South Ninth Street, Saturday, people outside fighting, subjects located, incident determined to be all verbal, one man leaving, advised.

Theft — Kwik Stop, Third and Oak streets, 6:25 a.m. Saturday, items taken from outbuilding.

Theft — 1100 block South Third Street, 9:30 a.m. Saturday, TV taken.

Domestic — 400 block Railroad Street, 10:39 a.m. Saturday, person advised not to return to residence.

Domestic — 800 block North Fifth Street, 12:15 p.m. Saturday, advised.

Breaking and entering — 1600 block Charlotte Street, 6:15 p.m. Saturday, jewelry taken.

Domestic — 900 block North Third Street, 8:32 p.m. Saturday, uncle and nephew allegedly fighting, Cecil E. Riggs Jr., 37, 929 N. Third St., Ironton, and Charles Kline, 53, 2315 Beech St., Ashland, Ky., arrested and taken to jail.

Glass breaking — 1400 block South Fourth Street, 11:35 p.m. Saturday, people screaming, sound of glass breaking, determined to be verbal dispute but person told if officer returns to residence she will be arrested and taken to jail.

Burglary — 800 block Township Road 221, Proctorville, 4:28 p.m. Thursday, drills, Xbox, games taken, suspect named.

Domestic — Union Township, 12:40 a.m. Friday, woman allegedly drug outside of house, punched and kicked several times, taken with three-year-old child to domestic violence shelter, suspect named.

Domestic — Union Township, 10:50 p.m. Thursday, woman allegedly threatened, suspect named.

Theft — 100 block Township Road 1436, 9:45 p.m. Friday, medication and money taken from residence, suspect named.

Endangering children — Willow Wood, 4:03 p.m. Jan. 25, 2-year-old child exhibiting multiple bruises, injury to left ear, suspect named, child and his sibling released to care of relative, incident under investigation.

— Chelsea Beacham, 21, 628 Washington St., Coal Grove, contempt of court Friday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Kayla M. Sparks, 23, 820 Vernon St., Ironton, outstanding warrant Friday by the Ironton Police Department.

— Tiffany Marshall, 28, 78 Township Road 616, South Point, falsification, outstanding warrant, drug paraphernalia Friday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Jerad M. Enyart, 27, 64 Private Drive 865, South Point, forgery, possession of illegal drug documents, theft, Friday by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

— Robert W. Corbin, 45, 506 Marion Pike, Coal Grove, outstanding warrant Friday by the Coal Grove Police Department.
