Criminal trespass — Clark’s Pump N Shop, 7575 County Road 107, Proctorville, 2:21 a.m. Tuesday, woman on parking lot in pajamas, muddy and wet from knees down, located, advised she was thrown out of residence in Coal Grove, could give name but could not explain how she got to Proctorville or shy she was there, Jessica Stapleton, 18, homeless, arrested and taken to jail.

Domestic — Elizabeth Township 6:15 p.m. Sunday, woman reportedly attacked, pushed down, causing her to roll down hill,, struck several times, suspect named.
