‘Early Bird’ deadline for the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway is Friday
SCOTT DEPOT, W.Va. — With less than a week to go, time is running out to reserve your ticket to be eligible to win the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway Early Bird prize, a four-day Bahamas cruise for two and a $1,000 VISA gift card, courtesy of Travel Doctors and John Amos Plant.
Fewer than 1,500 tickets have been sold to win the St. Jude Dream Home® house built by Hobba Enterprises, LLC in the Cobblestone Subdivision, so your odds of winning are amazing.
Reserve your ticket before March 30 to be entered to win the Early Bird prize, a four-day Bahamas cruise for two and a $1,000 VISA gift card, courtesy of Travel Doctors and John Amos Plant.
Tickets are available at participating Good Neighbor Pharmacy locations, Peoples Federal Credit Union branches, Burdette Camping Center, and ProBuild. For more information about the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway or to reserve a ticket with a major credit card, call 1-800-592-1582 or visit www.dreamhome.org.
Organizers have set a limit of only 8,000 $100 tickets for this year’s giveaway, potentially raising $800,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which is dedicated to the eradication of catastrophic childhood diseases. Winners of the St. Jude Dream Home house and other prizes will be drawn during a live broadcast on WCHS-TV and FOX 11 on Sunday, June 10.
In addition to the 3,003 square foot house, 15 other prizes valued at $500 or more will be given away. Sponsors of the fund-raising campaign include Hobba Enterprises, LLC, WCHS-TV and FOX 11, 107.3 KROCK, WCHS Radio 58, 96.1 the Wolf, 98.7 the BEAT, V100, Charleston Gazette, Charleston Daily Mail, Sunday Gazette-Mail, national sponsors Brizo and Shaw Floors, and the Ladies of Alpha Delta Kappa.
“The very first Charleston Dream Home was located in Cobblestone and we had a sellout, so we are very excited about being back there this year and are hoping for the same result,” said Morgan Kuhn, Event Marketing Representative for St. Jude.
“To ensure a chance at winning the 2012 Dream Home or other prizes, we are encouraging people to buy early. It only makes sense to purchase before March 30 to be entered into the Early Bird drawing as well.”
