Theft — 17000 block State Route 93, Pedro, 9:06 a.m. April 27, chain saws taken.

Rape — Union Township April 21, juvenile allegedly raped numerous times, suspect allegedly confessed to authorities, Brian Evans, 45, 4004 State Route 7, Proctorville, arrested and taken to jail.

Theft — 7500 block County Road 1, South Point, 2 p.m. Tuesday, $700 in cash from wallet, several possible suspects named.

Theft — 200 block County Road 402, 4:22 p.m. May 7, license plates taken from car.

Domestic violence — Fayette Township, 6:58 p.m. Wednesday, couple allegedly in heated disagreement, Amber D. Wells, 22, 826 Virginia Ave. W, Huntington, W.Va., and Bradley Wells, 21, 164 Township Road 1021, South Point, both arrested and taken to jail.

Theft — 1600 block County Road 1A, Ironton, 11:50 p.m. Sunday, vehicle ransacked, several items taken.

Theft — New Castle Hill, Hamilton Township 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, 420 feet of AT&T wire taken.

Theft — 100 block Township Road 294, Pedro, 1:11 p.m. Monday, ATV taken, recovered by Scioto County authorities, Shane Egbert, 25, charged with receiving stolen property, jailed in Scioto County, holder placed by Lawrence County for outstanding warrant involving other separate incident.

Rape — County Road 53, Ironton, 4:30 p.m. Monday, 14-year-old girl allegedly raped, suspect named.

Domestic — Symmes Township, 4:32 p.m. May 10, 2-year-old child allegedly knocked down by vehicle, suspect named.
