PINE GROVE — The Ironton Country Club Ladies Nine Hole Golf Association met for its usual Tuesday morning event with Joyce Lewis serving as hostess.

Refreshments were served during a brief business meeting. Lewis planned the morning events including a golf scramble with 14 members attending.

Following the golf outing, Lewis announced Becky Dillow and Jami Dyer as the best ball scramble winners. Other event winners were Barb Holmes, Wanda Spears, Dillow and Dyer.

This Tuesday’s hostess will be Joyce Fields. Pat Riggs will plan another best ball scramble event based on posted handicaps to select teams. Meeting time will be 9 a.m. — weather permitting — with golfing at 9:30.

New members are always welcome to join the organization.
