Willard Keefer

Willard L. “Bill” Keefer, 93, of South Point, died Sunday, Dec. 29, 2013, at Heartland of Riverview in South Point. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home in South Point with Minister Wayne McDonald officiating. Burial will follow at Rome Cemetery in Proctorville.
