The following routes in Lawrence County have been reopened following their closure due to flooding:

State Route 93 at Pedro;

State Route 141 at Arabia; and

State Route 775, south of State Route 217.

The following roads, however, remain closed:

State Route 650, in the Pine Grove/Kelly’s Mill Road area;

State Route 650, south of State Route 522; and

State Route 217, near Linnville.

Motorists are advised that crossing any closed route is strictly prohibited, and they are also reminded of the need for additional caution when traveling over any route which remains open but where standing water may be present.

Drivers need to be especially cautious when traveling through low-lying areas that are prone to flash flooding, avoiding these routes when possible.
