He was born in Dallas, Texas, on July 27, 1971, the son of Mike (Big Mike) and Marybeth Gresham, who survive. Mike is also survived by one sister, Katie Gresham, and one brother, Danny Gresham both of Dallas. He also leaves behind his maternal grandparents, Buddy and Margie Lamberth of Dallas, and his paternal grandparents, Joe Mac and Dianne Gresham of Austin, Texas. Mike will also be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and co-workers. He is also survived by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dale and Gloria White of Kitts Hill.

Mike was a graduate of Lake Highland High School and was employed several years at Big Sandy Furniture in Wheelersburg. He was born to be a Dallas Cowboy and Texas Longhorn fan but also became a Buckeye fan after moving to Ohio. The true testimony of his character showed in how he tended to Jordan and always praised him for his accomplishments, whether it be winning a medal at the Special Olympics or getting a good grade on his spelling test. Mike was truly a proud father. Jordan will sorely miss his nightly kiss on the forehead and hearing his daddy say, “I’ll see you in the morning buddy.”

Burial will follow in Aid Cemetery and visitation will be Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the Open Door School, 421 Lorain St., Ironton, OH 45638.
