Mayme Hannon

Nov. 12, 1919-May 28, 2013

Mayme Hannon, 93, of Ironton, Ohio passed away on Tuesday May 28, 2013, at her residence. She was born on Nov. 12, 1919, in Ironton, to the late Albert and Grace (Keeney) Willis.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Hannon and three sisters, Gertrude Booth, Lillian Hastings, and Ester Willis.

Mayme is survived by one daughter, Brenda Weinfurtner of Ironton; one son, James Hannon of Ironton; one sister, Myrtle Matney of Coal Grove; two grandsons, Robert (Kara) C. Cleary of Ironton, and Blake (Jessica) Hannon of Mt. Sterling; one granddaughter, Brennan (Darius) Lewis of Ironton; one great-grandson, Kaden Cleary of Ironton, and two great-granddaughters, Ayrelien Lewis of Ironton and Ava Hannon of Mt. Sterling.

Edna Reed

Edna Mae Reed, 63, of Proctorville, died at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, W.Va., on Sunday, May 26, 2013. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville.  Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio.  Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville.  Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

 

 

John Finch

John Edwin Finch, 34, of Morehead, Ky., died Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Ky. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. today at the Johnson First Church of God, 590 Cranston Road, Morehead, with the Rev. Ben Furman officiating. Burial and a graveside service at 4:30 p.m. will follow at the Rome Cemetery in Proctorville. Visitation is from 11 a.m. at the Johnson First Church of God until the funeral service at 1 p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, Morehead, and Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville assisted the family with local arrangements.  Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

 

 

Fleeta Greene

Fleeta Mae Greene, 72, of Gallipolis, died Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at The Ohio University Medical Center. She was the wife of Woodford Leon Greene, who survives.
