Betty Jean McKenzie-Lynch, 84, of Russell, Ky., died Friday, Aug. 2, 2013, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky. She is survived by her husband, Ernest Leo Lynch. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday with visitation from noon until service time. Burial will be in Palmer Cemetery in Flatwoods, Ky.
