Thelma Hatfield-Stanley, 83, of Flatwoods, Ky., died Monday, Aug. 5, 2013, at Oakmont Manor in Flatwoods. Funeral services will be Thursday at the First Baptist Church of Russell, Ky. with Pastor Ken Gowin. Burial will follow at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods. Marjorie LaCoss

Marjorie Lois (Vigar) LaCoss, 88, of Peru, Ind., formerly of South Point, died Saturday, Aug. 3, 2013, at Duke Hospital in Peru. Viewing will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Flower Leedy Funeral Home, Peru. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. D.R. Stuck officiating. There will also be a viewing at 10 a.m. and service at 11 a.m. Saturday at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home, Chesapeake. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point.
