HEBRON — Running at the Division II state cross country meet Saturday wasn’t much different for Rock Hill sophomore Seth Miller or Fairland junior Jessica Price.

Both runners posted strong times similar to the ones they have all season.

Miller ran a 17:08.36 time to finish No. 57 among the 149-runner field.

Matt Bromley of Sheridan won the race with a 16:04.58 clocking. Defiance was the team champion with 107 points followed by Tippecanoe with 140.

Price posted a 20:09.50 time and was No. 67 in the girls’ field of 139 runners.

The individual winner was Taylor Vernot of Wauseon at 18:04.40. Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary’s was the team champion with 101 points and Bay Village Bay the runner-up with 119 points.
