HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — The Big Green Scholarship Foundation will host its annual Football National Signing Day Party, sponsored by First Sentry Bank, on Wednesday, Feb. 5, in the basement (Room BE5) of the Memorial Student Center.

Coach Doc Holliday and his staff will unveil their 2014 recruiting class.

In his four years at Marshall, Holliday has had tremendous success on the recruiting trail as his classes have consistently ranked among the highest in Conference USA, as well as being considered by many experts to be among the best of the non-BCS schools.

Holliday’s last two highly-regarded classes helped pave the way for the Herd’s first 10-win season in 11 years, and contributed to the Herd’s resounding victory over Maryland in the 2013 Military Bowl.

In addition, several players from the 2013 Military Bowl and C-USA East Division Championship team will be in attendance and available for autographs and pictures with the Military Bowl championship trophy.

Attendees will be permitted to bring one item for the players to sign and the Big Green will provide commemorative Military Bowl championship pictures for each attendee.

The event will be open to all 2013-14 Big Green Annual Fund members, 2013 Quarterback Club members (both Huntington and Charleston clubs), and M Club members.

Admission is $15 per person and includes food and beverages. Also, Big Green memberships will be available at the door for $50 and individuals who sign up as new Big Green members will be admitted free of charge.

Doors open at 5 p.m. with Holliday’s presentation set to begin at 5:30.
