According to the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, the Level 1 snow emergency has been lifted.

State and county crews advised that the plowing of the roads and the salt treatments have the main roads in pretty good condition. The secondary roads are slushy and the roads beyond that will still have snow and ice on them, according to a post on the sheriff’s office Facebook.
