This year’s game will take place on Saturday, Apr. 26, at 2 p.m. at Joan C. Edwards Stadium. Marshall greats Chad Pennington and Byron Leftwich will serve as the head coaches and will be assisted by numerous Thundering Herd legends during the game.

The format of the game will be slightly different, with more of a split-squad scrimmage. Details surrounding the team selections will be released at a later date.

“It becomes more and more evident to me why this place is so special,” Marshall Coach Doc Holliday said.

“Having legends like Chad and Byron, not only commit, but are energized to participate in something like this for their alma mater is outstanding.”

The Green and White game will follow the Young Thundering Herd’s spring turn-on in the Memorial Fountain Ceremony at 11 a.m.

Tickets and parking passes now on sale. Tickets and parking passes may be ordered through HerdZone.com, calling 800-THE-HERD, or by visiting the Cam Henderson Center box office.

Tickets are $5 and all seating is general admission on the west side of the stadium. Parking passes are $20 apiece and will guarantee each customer a spot in the west, annex, or softball lots.

It is recommended that parking passes are ordered in advance to guarantee a spot. All parking lots will open at 9 a.m. on game day.
