The Barnes Basketball Academy — under director Chris Barnes — will be conducting basketball instruction at the Faith and Fitness Center located at First Baptist Church in Ironton.

The academy is for players of all age, male and female, who are interested in improving their skills as a basketball player.

Shooting, ballhandling and moves off a dribble will be stressed. There will be different levels of instruction depending on talent level with advanced training for varsity or college athletes.

Fee is $30 for one and one-half hours. Checks should be made payable to the Faith and Fitness Center.
