PINE GROVE — Thanks to the weather last Tuesday it was a good day for the Ladies Nine Hole Golf Association of the Ironton Country Club.

Regardless of weather, it was a good day for Sharon Fox.

Fox served as hostess and served breakfast treats during the morning business meeting.

Fox then announced the day’s event and winners following completion of play. Winners were Cecilia Woods, Becky Dillow and Fox won two events.

This Tuesday’s hostess will be Joyce Lewis. The business meeting is at 9 a.m. followed by golfing at 9:30.

New members are always welcomed.
