Connie Barney

Connie Sue McClellan Barney, 64, of Wheelersburg, died Tuesday, June 24, 2014, at SOMC Hospice. She was born Aug. 16, 1949, in Merrysville, to the late Craig McClellan and Melva West McClellan. She was a former nurse’s aide for Heartland Nursing and Rehab and a member of Wheelersburg United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Moore. She is survived by one son, Scott (Sharon) Barney, two daughters, Aimee Hodge and Angela (Mark) Barney, one brother, Bill (Janet) McClellan and 15 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at the Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday.

Sandra Lynn Lemon, 72, of Barboursville, W.Va., died Thursday, June 19, 2014, at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, W.Va. There will be no services. Garrett Ray Hatten, 19, of Huntington, W.Va., died Monday, June 23, 2014, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, W.Va.
