Earl Willis, 90, of Russell, Ky., died Sunday, Aug. 17, 2014, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky. Arrangements are pending at Bailey Family Funeral Home, Flatwoods, Ky.

Harriet Scragg

Harriet J. Scragg, 71, of Proctorville, died Saturday, Aug. 16, 2014 at home. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rome Cemetery. Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.
