An Ironton man was arrested Thursday evening following a raid by the Lawrence Drug and Major Crimes Task Force.

Darryl D. Taylor, 40, of 925 S. Tenth St., was charged with trafficking in drugs after the task force executed a search warrant at the man’s home. Investigators allegedly found oxycodone tablets, cash and four handguns.

Taylor will be arraigned in Ironton Municipal Court on Monday and his case will be presented to a grand jury. Other drug trafficking charges will be presented to that grand jury, according to a press release from the Lawrence County Prosecutor’s Office.
