Alma Moore

Alma Jean Moore, 86, of Flatwoods, died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2014, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Carman Funeral Home with pastor Ken Gowin officiating. Burial will follow at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods. Eldon Rutledge

Eldon Rutledge, 80, of Proctorville, died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2014, at his daughter’s residence in Frankfort. Arrangements are pending at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville.

Karen Adkins

Karen Sue Adkins, 56, of South Point, died Sunday, Dec. 7, 2014. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday at Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Burlington. Visitation will be from noon-1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

John Nelson

John F. Nelson, 72, of Green River, Wyoming, died at a Salt Lake City, Utah, VA hospital. Burial will be on Sunday at Vernon Cemetery in Decatur.
