CINCINNATI — Greg Houston was an infielder when he played for the Ironton Fighting Tigers.

However, he’ll get to test his pitching arm on Sunday.

The 1976 Ironton High School graduate now lives in Cincinnati and he will be throwing out the ceremonial first pitch on Sunday prior to the Reds 1:10 p.m. game against the St. Louis Cardinals.

Houston — who played on the offensive line beside his brother and Ironton resident Jeff Houston on the 1975 playoff team — does charity work with the epilepsy foundation in Cincinnati.
