Freda Mae Neff, 87, of Huntington, West Virginia, died Wednesday April 15, 2015 at home.

Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville.

Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville.
