Derek Lemley of Chesapeake posted a pair of wins and Logan Reed of Rock Hill had a strong showing in three tournaments including a pair of victories in the annual Tri-State Junior Golf Tour.

On June 15 at Shawnee Park Golf Course, Lemley won the 16-18 age division with a 73, six shots better than runner-up Taae Hamid.

Lemley followed that with a 75 to win the tournament at the Sugarwood Golf Course on June 22 by two strokes over Jordan Tieman.

Lemley did not play in the tournament on June 29 at Silo Golf Course.

Reed had two wins and a third place finish as he played in all three tournaments.

In the Sugarwood Tournament, Reed had an 82 to edge Connor Campbell by one stroke in the 13-15 age division.

He followed the win by posting a 71 to take a four-shot victory over Colby Hill at the Silo Golf Course Tournament.

On June 15 at Shawnee Park Golf Course, Reed had an 85 and finished third as he topped Hill in a scorecard playoff. Brady Howell shot a 74 to win and Conner Heffner followed at 84.

The next tournament will be Monday, July 13, at the Portsmouth Elks Country Club in McDermott.
