PINE GROVE — It was a winning day.

The weather was good and there were seven different winners at last week’s Ironton Ladies’ Nine-Hole Golf Association of the Ironton Country Club.

Event winners were Pat Lambert, Betty Fraley, Joyce Lewis, Wanda Spears, Dora Carmon, Connie Chamberlin and Pat Riggs was a double winner.

Next week’s hostess: Betty Fraley.

Couples Night: A members’ Couples Night will be held at 5 p.m. on Friday evenings. Members’ couples can bring a guest couple.

Also, members are asked to bring an appetizer.

Regular Tuesday business meetings are at 9 a.m. followed by golfing at 9:30. New members are always welcome.
