Their director, Beverly Miller, teaches and inspires the group at every rehearsal and performance to help their audiences enjoy their music as much they do. River Magic performs all over the Tri-State, singing for civic and charitable organizations, private groups, fundraisers and churches. They also produce their own show every year at the Renaissance Center.

River Magic Chorus has traveled to Ireland and won numerous awards. Every spring the ensemble makes the trip to Lexington, Kentucky, to compete in Sweet Adelines International’s Region 4 contest. Dozens of choruses and quartets from six states come together to sing and compete.

There are a number of judging categories and the groups bring complete and entertaining packages. At this year’s competition on April 18, River Magi came home with a Most Improved Chorus medal. River Magic Chorus also provides Singing Valentines upon request and features several quartets which are available to sing for various events.
