Wanda Vickers

Oct. 22, 1935 — Oct. 26. 2015

Wanda Jean Vickers, 80, of Ironton, passed away surrounded by her loving family and friends Monday, Oct. 26, 2015, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. The Springfield native was born Oct. 22, 1935, a daughter of the late Carl and Nellie Brumfield Kellogg.

Mrs. Vickers attended Ironton High School, was a member of the Family Life Worship Center in Ironton where she loved worshipping with her church family and was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Kevin Vickers; a daughter, Kathi Vickers; two sisters, Ruth Harper and Helen Woods; and four brothers, Carl Kellogg, Robert Kellogg, Leonard Kellogg and Carroll Kellogg

She is survived by a daughter, Brenda (Bill) Gustin, of Ironton; three sons, Darin Vickers, Mike Vickers, and Darryl Vickers, all of Ironton; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren

Funeral services will be noon Thursday at the Family Life Worship Center, 209 N. Second St., Suite B, Ironton, with pastor Todd E. Munson officiating. Burial will follow in Haverhill Cemetery and visitation will be Thursday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. Phillips Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements. Dona Osborne

Dona Mae Osborne, 77, of Ironton, passed away Sunday Oct. 25, 2015, at her home surrounded by her family. Dona was a graduate of Ironton High School, class of 1957. Dona worked at Lawrence County General Hospital as an Insurance Biller. Dona was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph Lee and Mable Rose Hood Stewart; three sisters, Mable Rose Eppensteiner Haasler, Virginia L. Satory and Julia Brooks; and two brothers, Charles Albert Stewart and Ralph Lee Stewart, Jr. Dona is survived by her loving husband, William “Bill” Osborne; four children, William S. (Jami) Osborne, Leah Rae Osborne, James D. Osborne and Shawn E. (Karen) Osborne; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Beatrice Johnson

Beatrice Johnson, 102, of Huntington, West Virginia, died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2015, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, West Virginia. Arrangements are pending at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville.

 

Tammie Crisp

Tammie J. Crisp, 55, of Ironton, died Friday, Oct. 23, 2015, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Ironton Campus. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. on Thursday at Phillips Funeral Home with pastor Dennis Hankins officiating. Visitation is Tuesday from 11 a.m. until time of the service at the funeral home. Linda Estep

Linda Estep, 74, of Chesapeake, died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2015, at Heartland of Riverview in South Point. Graveside services will be at noon on Thursday at Rome Cemetery, Proctorville.
