Lauire has hosted large scale Harvest Crusades since 1990.

The Rev. Charles Case, of Chesapeake United Methodist, said the church will host a chicken dinner prior to the event at 5:45 p.m. Pre event music will begin at 6:30 p.m. and the main event is set for 7 p.m.

“It’s a national and global event,” Case said. The purpose is to spread the Gospel to those in person, and to those watching in churches and living rooms.”

Harvest USA began in 2012. Case said his church has participated once before, in 2014.“We are thrilled to invite our community to be blessed by “Harvest America” again this year,” Case said. “Pastor Greg communicates very clearly and effectively and I know his message will be a blessing to all around the world who participate.”
