Petty theft — Wal-Mart, South Point, March 16, woman allegedly shoplifted makeup, clothing and DVDs; Gabriele Newson, 21, of 1128 Main Ave., Nitro, West Virginia, arrested.

Theft — Wal-Mart, South Point, March 18, man and woman allegedly shoplifted camera kit, tablets and tools; Timothy Neff Jr., 36, of 19117 Summit St., Portsmouth, and Caroline Roy, 33, of 1320 Second St., Portsmouth, arrested.

Domestic violence — 20 block Township Road 332, Ironton, March 19, woman alleged daughter’s boyfriend pushed her and her daughter down during an argument; Albert Hampton, 36, of the same address, arrested.

Domestic violence — 200 block Township Road 279 E., South Point, March 20, woman alleged husband threatened to punch her in the face; husband alleged wife threatened to hit him in the head with a clock; Wanda Ferguson, 61, and Clarence Ferguson, 61, of the same address, arrested.

Domestic violence — 400 block Township Road 276 N., South Point, March 20, woman alleged daughter threw her cell phone during an argument; woman alleged she was afraid daughter would attack her and threatened to have someone beat up her husband; Sarah Osborne, 18, of the same address, arrested.

Possession of deadly weapon while under detention — Lawrence County Jail, March 22, inmate alleged had broken mop handle under bunk; handle allegedly had been sharpened into a point; Joseph Swanson, 43, of 621 Hansford St., Saint Albans, West Virginia, charged.

Criminal damaging, theft — 10 block County Road 12, Proctorville, March 17, window of vehicle broken; wheels, tires, battery stolen; tablet also taken.

Breaking and entering — 3000 block County Road 181, Ironton, March 17, motorcycle stolen from garage.

Burglary, petty theft — 400 block Township Road 1110, Proctorville, March 17, leaf blower taken from garage.

Theft — 2600 block County Road 144, South Point, March 18, debit card stolen and used.

Petty theft — 1300 block Township Road 161, South Point, March 21, lawn mower taken.
