Evelyn R. Miller, 79, of Waterloo, died Monday, May 9, 2016, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Services will be 1 p.m., Saturday at McDaniels Crossroads Pentecostal Church with the Rev. David Henson and the Rev. Mike Severt officiating. Burial will follow in Flagsprings Cemetery. Friends may call at from 5-8 p.m. Friday at Willis Funeral Home.
