PINE GROVE — Georgia Willis proved to be the hostess with the mostest.

After the Ladies Nine-Hole Golf Association of the Ironton Country Club was rained out two weeks ago, they returned to action last week Willis was the master in two areas.

Willis served as the hostess for the day and announced the day’s events. She promptly went out and won two events. Rose Auble and Joyce Lewis won one event each.

With warmer weather taking over, the group will hold its brief business meeting at 9 a.m. followed by golfing at 9:30. Next week’s hostess is Betty Fraley.

The group meets each Tuesday at the ICC and new members are always welcomed.

Couples Night will continue to be held on Fridays.
