Darline Rapp, 78, of Ironton, died Sunday, May 29, 2016, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland. She was the widow of the late Lowell Rapp. She was born April 8, 1938, the daughter of the late William (Art) and Betty Waggoner McKee, of Ironton. She was a homemaker. Survivors include one daughter, Heidi Bester, of Franklin Furnace; two sons, Bartt (Missy) Rapp, of Bidwell, Paul Rapp, of Texas; five grandchildren, Sierra Somerville, Kaleb Rapp, Joshua Bester, Jared Bester, Jason Bester; surviving brothers include Richard (Sharon) McKee, Francis McKee, Edward McKee; and sisters, Harriett Williamson, Ester (Bob) Austin. Committal services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Woodland Cemetery section 11. Family will gather at 9:30 a.m. at O’Keefe Baker Funeral Home.

 

Hilda Moore

Hilda F. Moore, 73, of Chesapeake, died Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at home. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, by the Rev. Eddie Salmons. Jerry Dee Hall, 72, of Proctorville, died Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia. He is survived by his wife, Karen Davis Hall. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller.
