Criminal trespass — A private drive off County Road 26, Pedro, June 6, woman alleged neighbor came on to her property and cut the grass on the property line.
Domestic violence — A private drive off County Road 29, Pedro, June 5, man alleged his cousin threatened to harm him; James Turley, 20, of the same address, arrested.
Aggravated trafficking in drugs, possession of criminal tools — County Road 450, South Point, June 5, deputy initiated traffic stop and asked whether driver had anything illegal in the car due to his allegedly having red, glassy eyes; driver allegedly admitted to having marijuana in the trunk; Brandon Primm, 32, of 801 Little Solida Road, South Point, arrested.
Menacing — 5900 block State Route 650, Ironton, June 5, woman at drug treatment center allegedly trying to start fights with other residents; Ricki Britton, 31, of 209 Cadiz Road, Wintersville, arrested.
Domestic violence — 100 block Township Road 279 E., South Point, June 3, husband and wife allegedly in verbal argument and husband grabbed cell phone from wife and pinched her finger; Glenn Adkins, 47, of the same address, arrested.
Petty theft — 1000 block County Road 1, South Point, June 3, license plate taken from van.
Theft — 100 block Ferngully Drive, South Point, June 3, money taken for work on truck but work allegedly not completed.
Arson, breaking and entering — 6100 block County Road 107, Proctorville, June 4, active alarm at Loan Max; deputy arrived and allegedly found door to business smoldering and burnt paper on the floor; nothing taken from business.
Burglary — 2700 block County Road 70, Proctorville, June 5, two TVs and three gaming systems taken from residence.
