Clarett, Wells featured at benefit flag football game

The Buckeye City-Wide Service Day benefit 7-on-7 flag football game between teams captained by former Ohio State Buckeyes’ running back Maurice Clarett and Chris “Beanie” Wells will be held Friday at Tanks Memorial Stadium.
The game is the production of The Young Brilliantaires in connection with Richard’s Wish Foundation in Columbus.
Clarett will give a motivational speech to all local youths in attendance at 5:45 p.m. followed by the game at 6:30 p.m.
Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students. Proceeds benefit local police, firefighters and school teachers.
