Drug cases on docket

Alleged drug traffickers answered charges on Wednesday in Lawrence County Common Pleas Court.

• Keyen McJimpson, 39, of 154 County Road 450, South Point, was arraigned on one first- and four third-degree counts of trafficking in heroin, to which he pleaded not guilty. Judge Charles Cooper continued a $100,000 cash or surety bond from a lower court and set a pretrial for Aug. 17.

• Michael Wikoff, 37, of 1141 County Road 105, Kitts Hill, was arraigned on a first-degree count of felonious assault and a third-degree count of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, to which he pleaded not guilty. Cooper continued a $100,000 cash or surety bond from a lower court and set a pretrial for Aug. 17.

• Robert Hoke, 24, of 85 Township Road 1013, South Point, was arraigned on a second-degree count of burglary, to which he pleaded not guilty. Cooper set bond at $30,000 cash or surety and set a pretrial for Aug. 17.

• Shannon Lewis, 34, of 912 County Road 119, Ironton, was arraigned on a bill of information of fifth-degree identity fraud and possession of cocaine, to which he pleaded not guilty. Cooper set bond at $20,000 cash or surety or $40,000 property. A pretrial was set for Aug. 17.

• Keisha Waddell, 38, of 615 S. Tenth St., Ironton, was arraigned on a bill of information of third-degree unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, to which she pleaded not guilty. Cooper set bond at $25,000 own-recognizance plus GPS monitoring and home confinement. A pretrial was set for Aug. 24.

• Ricky Fraley, 46, of 3086 State Route 160, Gallipolis, pleaded guilty to a second-degree count of burglary. Fraley agreed to testify against a co-defendant in his case in exchange for a lesser sentence. Cooper set sentencing for Sept. 21.

• Leo Boggs, 52, of 121 Brammer Drive, Coal Grove, was arraigned on a fifth-degree count of trafficking in heroin, to which he pleaded not guilty. Visiting Judge Michael Ward, retired, of Athens, set bond at $20,000 OR plus GPS monitoring. A pretrial was set for Aug. 17.

• Dorothy McGill, 35, of 2201 N. Fourth St., Ironton, admitted community control sanctions violations and was sentenced to six months of inpatient treatment at Mended Reeds, 200 hours community service, 30 days in jail and continued CCS.

• Hosea Chapman, 65, of 65 Township Road 1026, South Point, was sentenced to 24 months in prison with a possible judicial release to STAR. He previously pleaded guilty to complicity to trafficking in drugs charges.

• Keith Wetzel, 49, of 613 S. Eighth St., Ironton, was arraigned on a bill of information of fifth-degree possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug abuse instruments, to which he pleaded not guilty. Ward set bond at $10,000 OR and set a pretrial for Aug. 17.

• Terry Crisp, 46, of 317 Mulberry St., Ironton, was arraigned on a fifth-degree and three fourth-degree counts of trafficking in drugs, and pleaded not guilty. Ward set bond at $20,000 OR plus GPS and set a pretrial for Aug. 10.

• Amanda McGill, 33, of 2201 N. Fourth St., Ironton admitted CCS violations and was sentenced to six months of inpatient treatment at Mended Reeds, 200 hours community service, 30 days in jail and continued CCS.

• Aaron Jones, 32, of 1200 28th St., Huntington, pleaded guilty to a fifth-degree count of theft. Ward ordered a presentence investigation and set sentencing for Aug. 10.

• Gary Newcomb, 55, of 2043 Township Road 179, Ironton, was arraigned on a fourth-degree count of trafficking in drugs and a fifth-degree count of complicity to trafficking in drugs, to which he pleaded not guilty. Ward set bond at $25,000 cash or surety, $20,000 OR and GPS. A pretrial was set for Aug. 17.

• Michelle Curry, 34, of 103 Wilson Drive, Coal Grove, was arraigned on a fourth-degree count of trafficking in drugs, to which she pleaded not guilty. Ward set bond at $15,000 cash or surety plus OR and GPS. A pretrial was set for Aug. 17.

• Amy Patrick, 24, of 69 Township Road 1026, South Point, pleaded guilty to five fifth-degree counts of trafficking in cocaine. Ward ordered a PSI and set sentencing for Aug. 10.

• Richard Curry, 59, of 103 Wilson Drive, Coal Grove, was arraigned on a fourth-degree count of complicity to trafficking in drugs and a fifth-degree count of complicity to trafficking in heroin, to which he pleaded not guilty.

• Scott Wilson, 46, of 306 Washington St., was arraigned on three fourth-degree counts of trafficking in heroin, to which he pleaded not guilty. Ward set bond at $20,000 OR plus GPS and set a pretrial for Aug. 17.

• Randall Jenkins, 25, of 8881 State Route 243, Ironton, admitted CCS violations and was sentenced to four months in prison.

• Marci Peters, 39, of 1314 S. Eighth St., Ironton, was sentenced to four years CCS/ISP and 200 hours community service. She previously pleaded guilty to three fourth-degree counts of complicity to trafficking in heroin.

• Kimberly Gannon, 39, of 306 Washington St., was arraigned on three fourth-degree counts of trafficking in heroin, to which she pleaded not guilty. Ward set bond at $20,000 cash or surety.

• Alexandra Evans, 20, of 87 Township Road 1038, Ironton, was sentenced to four years CCS/ISP, STAR and 200 hours of community service. She previously pleaded guilty to fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle. Two firearms were also forfeited to state to be destroyed.

• James Stevens, 33, of 1625 County Road 128, Ironton, was arraigned on one third- and three fourth-degree counts of trafficking in heroin and a third-degree count of trafficking in drugs, to which he pleaded not guilty. Ward set bond at $20,000 cash or surety and set a pretrial for Aug. 17.

• Madison Eastham, 24, of 2303 S. 12th St., Ironton, was arraigned on three third-degree counts of trafficking in drugs, to which she pleaded not guilty. Ward set bond at $5,000 cash or surety and $5,000 OR plus GPS. A pretrial was for Aug. 10.
