Donald Spotloe

Donald W. Spotloe, of Proctorville, died Sunday, Aug. 7, 2016 at home. He is survived by his wife Patricia Locey Jenkins Spotloe. Funeral will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church, 627 County Road 411, Proctorville. Private burial will be in Perkins Ridge Cemetery, Willow Wood. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, is assisting the family with arrangements.
