Sheila Renee Wall, 48, of Scottown, died Friday, Aug. 12, 2016, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington. She is survived by her husband, Michael Wall. Funeral service will be conducted 10 a.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, by the Rev. Eddie Salmons. Burial will follow in Wall Family Cemetery, Scottown. Ray Cook

Alex Ray Cook, 62, of Flatwoods, Kentucky, died Sunday, Aug. 14, 2016, at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Russell, Kentucky. He survived by his wife, Sheila Cook. The funeral will be at noon on Wednesday at Bailey Family Funeral Home in Flatwoods with pastor Kevin Whitt officiating. Burial will follow at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods.
