Defendants sentenced in CP court

A long list of defendants was sentenced for drug crimes Wednesday in Lawrence County Common Pleas Court.

• Miranda Porter, 21, of 412 McGovney Ave., Ironton, pleaded guilty to two fourth-degree counts of trafficking in heroin, third-degree trafficking in drugs, fifth-degree possession of heroin and misdemeanor counts of endangering children and possession of drug abuse instruments. Retired Judge Richard Walton sentenced the woman to 36 months in prison with a possible judicial release to STAR after six months. Her driver’s license was also suspended for six months.

• Clifford Black, 58, of 401 Washington St., Coal Grove, was sentenced to four years community control sanctions under intensive supervised probation and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

He previously pleaded guilty to three third-degree counts of trafficking in drugs.

• Nicholas White, 22, of 2967 Fifth Ave., Huntington, was sentenced to 11 months in prison and ordered to pay $965 restitution. He previously pleaded guilty to a fifth-degree count of breaking and entering.

• Madison Eastham, 24, of 2303 S. 12th St., Ironton, was sentenced to four years CCS/ISP, STAR, 200 hours community service and a six-month driver’s license suspension. She previously pleaded guilty to three third-degree counts of trafficking in drugs.

• Keely Holtzapfel, 24, of 2839 S. Ninth St., Ironton, was sentenced to four years CCS/ISP, STAR, 200 hours community service and a six-month driver’s license suspension. She previously pleaded guilty a fifth-degree count of possession of drugs.

• Tiffany Harper, 28, of 718 Mulberry St., Ironton, was sentenced to 11 months in prison with a possible judicial release to STAR, four years CCS/ISP and 200 hours community service. She previously pleaded guilty to a fifth-degree count of receiving stolen property.

• Jason Pinkerman, 30, of 163 Township Road 615, South Point, pleaded guilty to a fifth-degree count of possession of heroin. Walton ordered a presentence investigation and set sentencing for Aug. 24.

• Ethan Anderson, 19, of 2033 State Route 243, Ironton, pleaded guilty to a third-degree count of tampering with evidence. Walton sentenced the man to one year in prison.

• Lisa Rentz, 541, Hull Ave., Findlay, pleaded guilty to counts of third-degree tampering with evidence and fifth-degree possession of heroin. Walton set sentencing for Aug. 31.
