Cecil Everett Fannin Jr., 81, of Ashland, died Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016. He is survived by his wife, Judy Fannin. Jerry L. Moore, 80, of South Point, died Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington. He is survived by his wife, Glenda Ann Craft Moore. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, with minister Jerry Greenslait and pastor Paul Michael Booth officiating.
