PROCTORVILLE — The Fairland Lady Dragons dropped a hard-fought volleyball game to the Portsmouth West Lady Senators on Monday.
The Lady Dragons lost in five sets, 25-22, 22-25, 25-19, 25-27 and 6-15 in the tiebreaker.
Fairland hosts Gallipolis in an Ohio Valley Conference game on Tuesday.
Lady Pointers fall
PORTSMOUTH — The South Point Lady Pointers started well before falling to the Portsmouth Lady Trojans in an Ohio Valley Conference volleyball game on Monday.
Portsmouth won in four sets, 22-25, 25-21, 25-21 and 25-17.
South Point won the reserve game 25-18, 25-20.
